-Knowledge of manual equipment with DRO including mill, lathe, saw, etc. Must be able to work on their own without supervision. Must be able to work at a faster pace to ensure workload is complete by the required timeline.
-Must be able to read precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
-Must be able to read blueprints
-Some heavy lifting
-Must be able to layout material
-Self-starter
-Willingness to learn
-Occasional overtime depending on workload
-Open to 2nd shift if needed
-Pay is based on experience.
